Looking at the date this morning seeing 1/1/2012 made me happy. It means a new start, a new journey, and a new way of being. I went on a full on rampage today and pulled everything out of my cupboards, packing four giant bags of clothes to send onto my sisters. Usually I pass on about a bag every two months but I realised I just had way too much and really couldn't see what I had anymore, hence the cleanout. I still have too many clothes that I never wear but think "I'll keep that just in case". Absolute clothes hoarder.

Above are my last few buys for 2011. Russh mag, Elie Saab perfume, tortoise shell sunglasses, Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick, Oyster mag, thin silver rings, Sportsgirl wash off body bronzer, gold watch, gold bangle & bracelets, gold heart charm necklace, rainbow hair clip, Sportsgirl silver chain necklace and an aztec tube skirt.

That body bronzer is amazing. Fake tan freaks me out (fear of turning orange and/or streaks) so the fact that if I stuff a layer of this up I can just wash it off and start over. Buy it! $10 at Sportsgirl.

The shades, hair clip, heart necklace and gold bracelets are from Love Couture, a shop that opened not long ago at Chatswood Westfield. It's an accessories gold-mine that has affordable, good quality replicas of anything popular/trendy. Every time I go in there I buy a new pair of sunglasses ($12.95). Bad habit. Best shop.
