I love dresses that have a bit of a sleeve going on. If you're over the tee dress shape, try one with a longer slimmer sleeve... takes the look from casual to a little more ladylike easily. This NEUW dress from Surfstitch was a perfect sale steal and I'm looking forward to wearing it through spring/summer with either boots or sandals.
