7 Products For Smooth, Shiny Hair

I wanted to share with you my current favourite products for keeping my hair
smooth and shiny

I have very temperamental hair. Once it has been washed and dried naturally, it is already straight but it gets frizzier by the second. I've also been experiencing a lot of static, even when it's not humid whatsoever. Not sure what's causing it but I'm sure I'll get to the bottom of it one day!

Firstly I wash my hair with the Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo. I get sent A LOT of shampoos to try, I'm drowning in them. But I guess that's a good thing in that I've been able to find one that actually works for me. I feel like using this my hair has been less damaged and just healthier in general. Even got my mum onto it :)

I have replaced using a conditioner with the Paul Mitchell Super-Charged Moisturiser. This is a weekly treatment, but I've found this product has been absolute gold for me when I use it every time I wash my hair. Going to be so sad when it runs out!

I've mentioned this DeLorenzo Detangling Spray a few times now. Not only is the bottle super cute and my favourite shade of pink, it gets those annoying tangles out when combing through wet hair.

If you want that wonderful salon smell in your hair, GET THIS SPRAY. Spritz the Paul Mitchell Heat Seal spray around and it's like you've just been to the hairdressers. I can't straighten my hair without it, such a winner.

I love this little Tresemme Hairspray so much I've lost the lid :/
This little gem works its magic to add the shine into my hair.

Once I'm all done and dusted, I just smooth the tiniest little bit of the Dove Dry Oil through the ends to make them look a bit healthier.

My GHD Straightener is a few years old now but still I can't recommend it enough. It seems like the only styling tool that can work its way through my long thick hair and I don't know what I'd do without it.

  1. I LOVE reading hair care posts, especially from people with incredible hair like you!
I've never used a detangling spray but I think I need to invest - I have so much hair and brushing it when wet is an ORDEAL!
